part iv: is it bad therapy
Signs of good therapy, would be the exact opposite of all of the above. Ultimately, you may be able to just pick up on the vibe from the therapy which aligns or matches your vibe!! If you are experiencing any of these signs from your therapist, I would you encourage you to share these concerns with the therapist and explore the best way to move forward even if that results in you being referred out to a therapist that is a better fit.
